How do I schedule an appointment?

Click the booking link on our website to access our online scheduling page. From there, you'll be prompted to select your preferred date, time, and service length. Next, you'll complete a brief intake form and consent to our policies. To confirm your appointment, you'll be asked to securely provide a credit card to keep on file.

Can I book an appointment for someone else as a gift?

To ensure a smooth and personalized experience, we prefer that the person receiving the massage schedule their own appointment. This allows them to complete their intake form accurately and review and agree to our consent forms prior to their session.Although, if you are looking for the perfect gift of relaxation, we offer gift certificates!To purchase a gift certificate, click "Book Now" on our Services page. You'll be directed to our scheduling page where you can purchase the gift certificate of your choice.

Are walk-ins and same day appointments available?

We are appointment only. Same day appointments are rarely available, so we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure your preferred date and time.

Will I receive a full 60 minutes of massage when I book a 60 minute appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You will receive the full session time that you book. We simply ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we have time to discuss your goals and allow you to undress comfortably before your session begins.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. To ensure you receive your full treatment time, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time so we can remain on schedule for clients with appointments after yours. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered cancelled.Please note that shortened appointments are charged at the full scheduled rate.

How do I cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, simply open your appointment confirmation email and click the cancellation button. Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation, and you will receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.If you experience any issues canceling your appointment, please email us at azmassagetherapyllc@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to our cancellation policy. In these cases, the 50% deposit charged to your card on file is non-refundable.
